This website does not transmit or store enquiries. The enquiry form opens your own email application with the details you entered pre-filled, addressed to james@jbdesignengineering.com. The details remain in your browser and email app; nothing is sent to us or to any third party until you choose to send the email yourself. No file uploads are stored.
Enquiry handling
Enquiry details received by email — name, company, work email, telephone, project location, project type and message — are used solely to respond to the enquiry and to discuss scope, programme and fee. Information is not sold or used for unrelated marketing.
Project confidentiality
Project information shared with us during an appointment is treated as confidential. Client names, addresses and drawings are not published on this website, and project experience is described in generic terms only.
